How does personalisation work?

On each personalised product page you'll find a 'Make it theirs' section. Upload a clear photo of your pet, add their name (or a word/number, depending on the product), and choose any style options available for that item. Everything you add is attached to your order automatically, no separate app or account needed.

Can I see my design before it's made?

Yes. Most products show you a live preview of your photo directly on the page as you upload it, so you can position and zoom before you check out. For a small number of products that need extra hand-finishing (like background removal), you won't see a live preview. Instead, we'll prepare your design and email you a free proof to approve before anything is produced.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most UK orders arrive in roughly 8-10 business days from approval. This includes up to 48 hours to prepare your design proof, your review time, up to 72 hours to produce once approved, then 3-5 business days shipping within the UK. International timelines vary: 5-7 days for Europe, 6-10 days for the US/Canada/Australia, and 10-15 days further afield.

What's your policy on returns for personalised items?

Because every item is made to order just for you, we can't accept returns for a change of mind once production has started. You can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of ordering. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. Your statutory rights are never affected by this policy.
